The Works is a beautiful studio with high beamed ceilings that gives a feeling of openness and space. The front and side walls are mirrored, the back wall includes ballet barres.

The Works space can hold up to 35 people comfortably (MAX Occupancy =100). The studio includes showers and bathroom facilities. The studio is kept clean and well maintained at all times.

The Works welcomes workshops, ongoing classes, dance groups, exercise classes, martial arts, etc. Peak hours rent for $29 (two hour per week minimum), Weekday hours between 11am-5pm can be negotiated at a lower rate. A refundable $250 security deposit is required.

Qualified renters enjoy privacy and control of the studio. Teachers set and collect their own fees from students. We assist our renters' marketing efforts by spreading the word on our website, flyers and facebook.
